Kuttima's Naming ceremony On March 11th 2007 Kuttima was named as Blessy in the Jehovah Shalom church at Elankulam. We gave this name Blessy with the meaning Blessing. Feast was arranged for all the people who have attended the function. She got the previlege of getting named by her own grandfather. Many people brought many gifts like rings,bangles,chain and ear rings. Kuttima was crying during the naming prayer. Psalms 128 was read out. We thought we will receive all the blessings. Kuttima may not be aware of what was happening during the ceremony. She was crying most of the day. The name Blessy was chosen by her gandfather(i.e. my Dad). But Kuttima got many pet names like Kuttima,chellam,chella mani,etc.
